1. Proof of Security, as per Appendix 3 and the Building List in Appendix 1
2. Mandatory Requirments, as per Appendix 5
3. Completed Rated Requirements, as per Appendix 6
4. Completed Supplier Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Programs table, as per Attachment 1
4. Completed and signed Form of Proposal, as per Appendix 8
5. For Respondents bidding on Quebec sites, a completed NEQ Table, as per Appendix 10
6. For Respondents bidding on RCMP sites, a completed Employees Cleared at RCMP Buildings Form, as per Appendix 11
If Appendix 10 and 11 do not apply to your bid you must still upload a document indicating that; the folders require something uploaded to it.
