Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT (or 1.0 for AEIDSL). A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ahmed Ibrahim at the security desk of 588 Booth St, Ottawa ON . Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the date mentioned above, before 11:00 AM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
