Description

GOC1960593-CT: An investigative study conducted in March 2018 identified problems related to water leaks, flow issues, and poor water circulation in the pond. Concerns of poor water quality along with leaks in the existing membrane have left the pond unusable.
GOC2555563-CT: According to the Building Condition Report (BCP), conducted in 2021, the existing chiller located at 588 Booth St. is at the end of its service life of 30 years and is prone to operational failure. The current chiller utilizes an R-123 refrigerant which has a high Global Warming Potential (GWP) rating, to align with the federal Greening Government Strategy a new R-513a chiller with a lower GWP rating will be installed.
