Tenant office reconfiguration in select areas on the second and third floors of the building. Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Recarpeting
• Repainting
• Installation of demountable glass partitions
• Minor electrical work and lighting installation
• Acoustic feature installation
• Boardroom upgrades to allow for AV equipment
