Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Portage I-II Commercial Level 1 Security Office entering at 50 Victoria, Gatineau, QC. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
