Event Note

Please meet the BGIS representative at the C.D. Howe Building 240 Sparks, Ottawa Ontario in front of the BGIS office C1 Level West. Bring valid ID and PPE. Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
