Description

Remove and repave existing asphalt parking areas at front and rear of building. Investigate and design additional parking of 8-12 spots on the site. Provide sub-grade material for a new garage on site. Provide electrical conduit from building to the new garage location. Modify walkways as required to tie into any grade changes.
Investigate and repair line from geothermal well that hasn't been functioning correctly.
Complete work as per drawings and specifications
