Additional Bidding Instructions: All respondents must submit their questions for clarification on this
portal only at www.bgis.merx.com. Request for clarification delivered by any other method will not be accepted.

Please check section 5.3.4. in Invitation to Tender (ITT) document for ‘Mandatory Requirements’ VENDOR MUST SUBMIT BID BOND & CONTRACT SECURITY (a performance bond and labour and materials payment bond, each in the
amount of 50% of the Contract Price + Value Added Taxes) FOR BIDS OVER 100K IN MERX.

For this specific project, the minimum-security requirement on Personnel Clearance Level is PWGSC Reliability & RCMP Facility Access 2 (FA2) and on Organizational Level is Designated Organizational Screening (DOS).
