Bidders are advised that there will be a recommended optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Canadian Grain Commission Building, 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB – In the south east facing entrance lobby by the security desk. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
