Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified above and within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the 120 Memorial St, Wabana, NL.
BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
