Description

Provide a Base Bid Price for the combined scope of work for the relocation of electrical floor boxes, and removal/installation of carpet to allow for new workstation replacement in section of office space located on Level 3. Painting as indicated on drawings in office space located on Level 3. Work is located at the Taxation Data Centre, located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury ON.
Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work.
*Please note, the pricing submission on Merx must be for the full scope (both projects).
Scope does NOT include removal/installation of any workstations themselves. Such work will be done by others, but successful GC for this tender will be required to assume ‘Constructor’ role for site (which will consist of separate vendors who will require access to the site for i) removal of existing workstations, and ii) installation of new workstations).

Anticipated award date: October 23, 2023.
Anticipated construction end date: February 23, 2024.

Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the building (1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury, ON). *Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by September 28, 2023 before 3:00pm . Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager in the lobby at Site Address. All individuals attending the site must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including: Safety shoes/ boots, safety vest, and hard hats. Individuals without appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
