Description

Office reconfiguration of the client’s 2nd and 3rd floor office space. The following is to be included as part of the project:

Removal of partition walls
Construction of new meeting rooms
Furniture reconfiguration (client to use their furniture supply arrangement, but GC will be expected to coordinate with furniture vendor during construction)
Ceiling reconstruction
Carpet repairs
Lighting layout and controls
Fire alarm, emergency lighting, access controls, and power and data reconfiguration
Review of sound masking and audio video (soundproofing STC 45 rating to be maintained for new and existing rooms)
