Description

The Consultant shall conduct a detailed analysis of the building/facility systems and equipment, operating and maintenance procedures, existing space conditions and assess the potential for reduction in energy and water consumption, energy demand and associated costs. Develop the concepts of energy efficiency improvements related to but not restricted to: lighting, motors, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, envelope improvements, control systems, fuel conservation, load sharing and load shedding. In addition, develope the concepts of water consumption improvements, including but not limited to washroom fixtures, HVAC equipment and tenant equipment, all based on actual site surveys. Collect real time data, perform detailed analysis of same and provide detailed cost saving initiatives c/w costs, payback, etc. 

Consultant to refer to the Energy and Water Audit Scope of Work for detailed requirements and deliverables.
