Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative in the lobby at the site, 130 Syndicate Avenue, Thunder Bay, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Thilothamy.Mohanakanthan@bgis.com) by the date listed in section 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
