Description

Work consist of to replace the ramp and the hydronic snow-melting system with a like-for-like replacement. The ramp is slab on grade, ramp would be replaced up to Union street, however, the snow melt system would only be installed within the portion of the ramp that is within the property lines.

.1 Removal and reconstruction of concrete slab on ground for parking garage.
.2 Excavation and placement of granular materials.
.3 Removal and reconstruction of concrete drain ditches.
.4 Removal and reinstall of electronically parking garage entrance doors.
.5 Installation of heating conduits within the concrete slab.

Event Note

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the By Town Pavilion 111Sussex Ottawa On. Please bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be a Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
