Scope of Work/Overview:

Contractor is to perform work for this fit-up project that includes but is not limited to: supply and installation of new light fixtures, supply and installation of a new demountable glass partition with glazing, repainting and recarpeting of the project areas, supply and installation of both ceiling-hung and wall mounted sound-absorbing panels, installation of new USB-enabled and floor-mounted electrical outlets, and coordination with furniture provider to ensure new furniture is set-up. Please refer to the specifications and drawings included for more information.

All attendees will meet the BGIS representative in front of the building and must have a mask as they are required in tenant-occupied spaces at this time.
