Event Note

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Chris Lilwall at the security desk of 1800 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT, before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
