Scope of Work/Overview:
Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
• Restoration of materials and finishes that have been removed due to flood damage
• Including but not limited to: flooring repairs (new carpet tile, carpet base, linoleum), wall and ceiling gypsum board repairs, including heritage related finishing work, reinstatement/repair of existing millwork, minor plumbing, ceiling tile replacement complete with suspended ceiling grid assembly, reinstatement of existing ceiling light fixtures and air diffusers, reinstatement of power/data outlets utilizing existing electrical, reinstatement of existing thermostats, re-installation of existing furniture/equipment and connection to power/data, to return all spaces to original condition.
