Description

Contractor is to install a new water-chilled cooling unit and modify the existing unit in the ceiling space of an operational server room to achieve the desired cooling capacity to prevent overheating of the servers. Work will also include the removal and reinstallation of existing water pipes and air diffusers, and the performance balancing/testing after construction is complete. Please refer to the specifications and drawings included for more information. Note that the pre-bid site visit for this project is mandatory.

Bidders must pre-register for the site visit via email to jan.dietrich@bgis.com by Monday, November 21st, 2022. All attendees will meet the BGIS representative in the building’s main floor lobby and must be wearing appropriate footwear in order to enter the mechanical space for the site visit.
