Description

Hard surface replacement and repairs to address damaged and deteriorated service road, sidewalks, walkways and stairs around the exterior site of the Taxation Data Centre located at 1050 Notre Dame Avenue in Sudbury, Ontario. The scope of work includes removal of interlocking paving, replacement of asphalt/concrete walkways as well as a new layout and signage for the barrier-free parking lot to meet AODA standards. For accessibility from the lower parking lots A and B a new accessible ramp connecting to the main building entrance is also included. There will be some tree removal in and around the barrier free parking lot to accommodate the new parking layout and ramp.
