This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is an advisory to the industry for the upcoming RFPQ/ITT that BGIS will be issuing for a General Contractor to provide Construction services for the
GOC2208006 Foundation Rehabilitation at 19 Lisgar Street, Sudbury, Ontario.
This is only a notice of an upcoming solicitation opportunity, there is no additional information (technical or non-technical) available at the present time. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), a call for tenders, and offer to contract, or any form of legally binding agreement. BGIS is not required to call for tenders, request proposals or award any contracts pursuant to this notice.
The foundation repair scope will include concrete repairs and crack injections at the poured concrete elements below grade, at the beams for the suspended slabs and repairs in the sub-basement. Interior finishes will need to be removed and reinstated. The scope of exterior work includes concrete repairs at localized locations on the foundation wall around the loading dock area.
