Description

Contractor will complete the following during the electrical shutdown the night of November 19th, 2022. The date cannot be changed, the contractor will have 10 hours to complete the work starting at midnight.
-   Oversee Maintenace on PDU panels (Mcgaw)
-   Oversee EPO and sequence of Operation testing on 3 Tenant Preactions (Tyco)
-   Install 2 PDU #(2 and 3) + breakers. Test PDUs before putting them in -Modify around cables to the PDU’s
-   Replace Kirkkey in penthouse (kirkkey on site)
-   Room 350 - change 2 phase cable to 3 phase 15amps
-   CT to act as contractor for the base building work and other contractors.
-   Other items as noted in the drawings and specifications

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager Ryan Baker at the security desk of 350 King Edward Ave, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
