GOC5023058-CS-RFP - Prioritized Campus Roof Replacement Phase 2

The roof areas are composed of either a conventional modified bitumen or 4-ply built-up roof (“BUR”). The roofs are of low slope and are on various levels of the building with mechanical penthouses and entrance canopies. The Prime Consultant (PC) will work alongside the Construction Manager (CM) to complete a pre-design study indicating the most appropriate roofing solution which will have the most minimal impact on existing mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. The PC will be responsible for the completion of the design documents, taking into account comments from the CM. The PC will also assist/provide comment on the CM prepared Class estimates and preliminary project schedules to help in the decision of which roofing option to proceed with.
