Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the BGIS Office, Portage IV, 140 Prom. du Portage, Gatineau, Québec. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (chady.moussa@bgis.com) by (August 17th, 2022) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: face mask, safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
