  All Proponents interested in participating in the Optional Site Visit are to register in advance by emailing full names and phone numbers of attendee to  pocurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of Site Visit.

  •  Note: Proponents may be required to attend site at a different time and/or date to accommodate quantity of attendees in adherence to Public Health Guidelines. If required, communication will be issued to Proponents via e-mail.

  Please meet the BGIS Representative Emma Deobald (343-996-2895) in front of the DND Data Centre at 101 Goldenrod Driveway, Ottawa ON. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes and hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
  
  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet
