Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 32 Church St., St. Catharines, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com) by July 29, 2022 by 2:00pm to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
Proponents are to meet at the Front Lobby of the Building and are to ensure that they register their name and title as well as their company name with BGIS.
