BIDDERS: Please RSVP to procurement via email (shelley.demont@bgis.com) to register for the MANDATORY Teleconference no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT on the business day prior to obtain the required access code for the teleconference.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a Mandatory Teleconference and/or Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Teleconference/Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
