Meet at BGIS office on C1 level
Job Description:
Contractor to remove and dispose off site, the existing carpet and base and replace with new as shown in attached documentation.
Attached: Carpet specs and furniture layout to be considered.
Contractor to be on site to verify measurements and site conditions, including the furniture which will be in place for removal and replacement of carpet in order to continue operations.
After hours work.
Contractor is required to provide all tools and equipment necessary, including ladders and PPE
All quotes must be in the following PDF format:
Labour: Position Title (ie Electrician – Foreman), the rate type (ie regular daytime hours) x hourly rate (as per the rates from RFSO) x number of hours to complete the job = extended total
Materials: Cost of Materials X % Mark-Up = extended total
All workers will prove they have had a facility orientation with H&S.
Provide a list of names of all workers including supervisors on site, DOB and public works clearance numbers to provide and approve.
