All individual attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
All Covid-19 Guidelines must be followed.
Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified
within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized
representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS
Representative at the 101 22nd St. E, Saskatoon, SK. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Denise.Sandulak@bgis.com) by July
28th, 2022 2:00PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s
Representative being refused access to the site.
