Description

Investigate foundation and siding masonry cracks. Repointing required for brick work all over the building. Foundation cracking also needs investigation/repair. Damaged evastrough to be repaired at the same time.
Details:
1. Complete all removals and installations as shown on the tender documents.
2. All mortar joints to be removed and repointed.
3. Replace (to match) existing damaged block, clean existing stained block, and apply new flashing, as shown.
4. Cracks in foundation to be repaired with resin injection, as shown.
5. Bottom courses of block to be removed to incorporate weep holes, as shown.
6. Install concrete filled steel bollards, as shown.
7. Incorrectly installed vinyl siding will be re-installed properly, as shown.
8. Modifications to the site drainage including resodding, catch basins and footing drain, as shown.
9. Modifications to the roof’s rainwater leader system, as shown.
