  Respondents are to requested to meet Project Manager, Cassandra Chicoine (Phone: 613-218-2304) at the main lobby of the Jean Talon Building at 170 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, ON.  Paid parking is available in areas marked section 63.
  
  Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (if applicable).
  
  Attendees are required to wear 6 inch high steel toe boots (green triangle tag) for access to the mechancial rooms
