Scope of Work/Overview:
This tender, as a part of the overall project to upgrade the computer room air conditioning system in the Print Shop at the Tax Data Centre, includes but not limited to:
.1 Supply two 15 ton (54 kW) DX computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units complete with outdoor condensing units as per the specifications.
.2 Deliver the computer room air conditioning units to site.
.1 Units are to be expedited to arrive on site no later than August 19, 2022.
.3 Provide manufacturer's information and shop drawings within 48 hours of award.
.4 Provide direct supervision on site by manufacturer/supplier representative while computer room air conditioner is disassembled, moved into place, and reassembled on site by others. Provide confirmation of correct assembly to ensure warranty remains valid.
.5 Provide coordination and technical support to the installation contractor during commissioning stage including inspection, assisting with testing, adjustment, balancing, and functional verification of components, assemblies, and control sequencing. Manufacturer's representative to be present for commissioning to ensure proper workmanship and a fully functional system has been installed as per the manufacturer's instructions. Manufacturer representative to supervise start up and approve installation upon turnover.
.6 Provide operation and maintenance documentation from AC equipment supplier to include in the O&M manual
