THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Install a fire alarm system including fire panel, conduits and wiring, and all end devices, i.e. smoke detectors and heat detectors, manual pull station, strobes, and speakers, monitoring and control relays, alarms, etc. as required to serve the detachment fire protection/fire alarm requirements and comply with NFPA 72 ,NFC 2015 & NBC 2015 and applicable codes and standards. Building does not have any fire panel system nor any fire protection equipment’s.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A recommended maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
