THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Resurface existing asphalt surface. Surface area approx. 24,000 feet square. Re-pave the parking lot, including all parking lot lines, accessibility spaces and repair or remove curbing where needed(Approx. 180 linear ft of curb and 75 ft of walkway). Extend parking lot(south east corner of the parking lot) for employee parking (10 spots).

Attendees must bring photo ID and meet at the main entrance.
Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
