  Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within item 1.5. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit.  Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the entrance of 115 Rue Bisson, Gatineau, QC J8Y 5M2.  Site visits will be conducted in small groups.  Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com by the date in section 1.5.1 to be authorized to access the site.  Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. 
  All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots and hard hats.

  Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Proponent's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
