Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held at 79 Bentley Avenue in Ottawa,ON. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front entrance of 79 Bentley Avenue. Please ensure you have proper PPE.

Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to Jenny Mascarenhas, at Jenny.Mascarenhas@bgis.com no later than 2:00pm on May 11th, 2022. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For additional details and requirements regarding the site visits, please refer to section 2.4 of the RFQ Document
