Description

The Work involves but is not limited to the following: Modify/fit-up existing 1st floor storage space.
Demolish and remove walls and wall sections demolish and remove plywood doors and frames. Modify
electrical systems and lighting, construct/erect new walls, renew/restore interior finishes and trims,
renew/restore flooring, patch and paint. Fabricate and install new doors and frames, relocated filing
system, coordinate relocation with the filing systems manufacturers at no additional cost to the
Contract. The Work also includes temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation of wall fixtures,
equipment, etc. to facilitate patching and painting/resurfacing of disturbed surfaces, and repairing flooring and
other surfaces where walls have been removed.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
