The Mandatory site visit will occur as per the dates in section 1.5 above at 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the site visit.
Due to COVID-19, site visits may consist of no more than five individuals at one time (including BGIS attendees). As result, each Respondent is required to provide, in advance, the name of the representative who will attend, these names are to be provided to Liz Dalziel via email at elizabeth.dalziel@BGIS.com. Failure to provide names in advance for the site visit is grounds for BGIS to turn away a Respondent or their representative. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
