Description

Cut and remove asphalt overlay to full depth and exposed reinforcing steel, which is protruding from the damaged grade beam at the interface between the loading dock and the loading dock access ramp at 875 Heron. Replace asphalt and ensure that the ramp slope will allow snow removal operations to occur without additional damage to the construction joint. In addition, this project must assess the drainage as water is pooling at low points and not draining properly, adding to the freeze and thaw damage.
