ADDENDUM 01: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PERSONNEL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. BIDDERS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO HAVE DOS CLEARANCE AT THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME OF THIS SOLICITATION.

Concrete pad and asphalt is at end of life and takes a lot of stress when transport trucks pull away from PIL booth. Concrete is at end of life and deteriorating creating trip hazards and potholes.

Work of this Contract comprises replacement of the pavement and concrete pad. More specifically, the work includes:

Removal and disposal of asphalt pavement, concrete apron, curbs, bollards, storm sewers and manholes/catch basins.
Supply and install new storm drainage system.
Complete rough and fine grading.
Supply and install of new granular and asphalt pavement including pavement markings.
Supply and install new concrete truck apron.
Supply and install new bollards and concrete jersey barriers.
Reinstatement of concrete curbs.
