Description

Replace five (5) existing water fountains and replace with touchless water fountains with water bottle refill capability new water meters to be included. Potential ACM abatement during removal and installation would need to be evaluated as part of this project. Contractor shall refer to the attached drinking fountain performance specification and drawings.

Please meet BGIS Project ManagerLarry Chevrier Representative at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
Site visits will be conducted in small groups.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
