Description

A shutdown from the City of Saskatoon Electrical Department will be required to clean (vacuum), test, and retorque the bus bars and main service components. The generator will also have to be isolated, and lockouts applied to protect workers from any sources of electrical shock during this work. This work will have to be conducted after hours when the building is unoccupied. Thermal scan is required.
Contractor to organize and arrange for the shutdown, maintenance and testing of each main transformer, corresponding bus-duct runs, switchgear buses and power breakers, transfer switches, generator distribution/control panel, and MCCs, amongst other equipment.
