Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Re-design washrooms for space optimization. Upgrade to include new fixtures hardware such as sinks, urinals, showers, toilets and fixtures (touchless fixtures are preferable where applicable). Upgrade walls and flooring. Project to include new shower for woman's washroom., no. of new showers (regular and barrier free) to be determined based on NBC and Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations requirements. Evaluate associated plumbing piping, drainage and venting and replace as required. Provide a recommendation regarding the capacity of the existing hot water tank to accommodate the new additional showers.
