Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
The work under this project include:
- Evaluate the heating and cooling requirements of rooms 132 & 133, temporary exhibit and exhibit
rooms respectively; supply and install a dual zone ductless split heat pump system for these
rooms, i.e., 132 and 133, of adequate capacity.
- New system to be intergraded into existing BAS.
Design and installation of the HVAC equipment shall be compliant with PMM standards, where applicable, NBC (latest version) and applicable codes and standards

Failure of a Bidder to attend a Mandatory Teleconference, properly register, and remain present for the duration of the Teleconference will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
