THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Work of this Contract comprises of the modification and addition of building conditions and equipment to improve accessibility as per the Lean Forward Initiative, serving the facility located at 171 Duke Street.
2. Remove existing and install new power door operator pads at entrances as shown on the tender documents.
3. Add new exterior signage as shown on the tender documents.
4. Remove existing and install grab bars, patch to match existing conditions, as shown on the tender documents.
5. Remove existing and install new door controls activation pads as shown on the tender documents.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
Attendees must bring photo ID and meet and main entrance
