Scope of Work/Overview:
Work of this Contract comprises of the installation of new electric vehicle charging stations. The work includes the necessary modifications to the existing electrical distribution, replacement of the car parking controller, and removal of existing car parking pedestal required to accommodate the new charging stations and commissioning of the new units. Heating and Hording is included if needed as part of the scope or work.

2.7.1. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and
times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder,
or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will
meet the BGIS Representative at the Alvin Hamilton Building, 1783 Hamilton St., Regina,
SK., main entrance.
2.7.2. Alvin Hamilton Building, 1783 Hamilton St., Regina, SK. Site visits will be conducted in
small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Denise Sandulak by
December 15 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s
Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and
confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only
required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any
changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
