1. Please meet the onsite BGIS representative at the building entrance at the scheduled time listed above. Photo ID is required.
2. Please sign the site visit register log upon arrival.
3. You must register your attendance please email your confirmation to RP1Pacific.Procurement@bgis.com before – 4 PM PT November 24, 2021.
Respondents that fail to register in advance of the site visit may be turned away.
4. Please follow all applicable guidance and requirements from the Provincial/Territorial Health Authority and WorkSafe BC regarding preventing the spread of Covid-19.
5. BGIS requires that all vendors conduct Self-screening prior to entering the building. Please do not enter the building if any of the conditions are met:
- You have a fever, dry cough, and / or shortness of breath.
- You have travelled to anywhere outside of Canada within past 14 days.
- You have been in close contact with someone who has or is presumed to have COVID‐19
