Description

The Prime Consultant (PC) will be required to provide the necessary Architectural and Engineering consulting services to produce a implementation study, design development through to tender ready working drawings and specifications and contract administration throughout the construction period to close out. The Construction tender documents will be issued via a Construction Manager procured under a separate agreement with BGIS. There will be multiple tender packages developed and prioritized jointly by the Prime Consultant (PC), Construction Manager (CM) and BGIS under a CCDC 5B Construction Management contractual framework.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front of 79 Bentley Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to thilothamy.mohankanthan@bgis.com by the date identified within section 1.5.1 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
