Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 in the RFP document. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury, ON at the security desk. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Thilothamy.Mohanakanthan@bgis.com) by the date listed in section 1.5.1 of the RFP document to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
