Description

In general, work under this contract consists of:
.1 Removal of two (2) sanitary sewage column pumps located in basement storage
room #0926A of the Saint John Postal Station “A” facility, including level
controls, base plate, check valves, gate valves, and all other fittings and
appurtenances as necessary to facilitate installation of replacement equipment.
.2 Installation of two (2) replacement sanitary submersible pumps complete with
piping, fittings, check valves, gate valves, base plate, access hatch, duplex pump
controller (c/w level controls, pump motor starter, alarms, etc.), connection to
existing electrical supply, reconnection of existing vent piping, and connection of
controls and alarms to existing BMS.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
Attendees must bring photo ID and meet and main entrance.
